30-Day Return and Refund Policy

At BWC-HC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please review the details below to understand our process.


Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact@bwc-hc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at Contact@bwc-hc.com, and we will assist you with the process.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
